What Gwen does

Gwen is a workspace where AI does real work. Ask for a website, research, an image, a video, a campaign, an email flow, a business system, code, or another outcome. Gwen uses capable AI harnesses and available tools, keeps the resulting files and artifacts in your workspace, and asks for access only when the work reaches something you control.

Gwen

One chat for everything

The same Gwen conversation runs from the public front door through sign-in, the first run, and paid work. Anonymous chat can answer and scope the outcome. After sign-in, the first full worker run can create durable work. Work Budget keeps the AI working across projects, tools, and connected systems.

Gwen

Projects, files, and versions

Projects organize durable work. Files, media, previews, approvals, and live releases stay attached to the correct project. Website releases are versioned so a previous working release can be restored without reconstructing it from chat history.

Gwen

Websites and apps

Gwen can create and edit full web projects, build them, host releases, connect a customer domain, and keep working from the same project files. Draft output and the live release remain distinct so edits can be verified before or while they are published.

Gwen

Images, video, and content

Gwen can use media-capable models and tools to create campaign images, banners, video assets, copy, research, and exports. The output belongs to the workspace and remains reachable from the project and Files, not only from a transient response.

Gwen

Business tools and connections

Email, CRM, forms, domains, publishing accounts, messaging, calendars, and other systems are connected when an outcome needs them. Gwen either uses an available capability, adds the needed tool, or tells you exactly what access must be granted to continue.

Gwen

Approvals

When you explicitly ask Gwen to perform an external action, that request supplies the approval for that action. Autonomous sends, publishing, account changes, and other consequential actions remain visible and governed in the workspace.

Gwen

Work Budgets

Work Budget is prepaid Gwen capacity for continued AI work. Customer screens show remaining capacity, progress, and required actions. Provider pricing, internal model costs, routing details, and per-task cost calculations remain internal.

Gwen

Privacy and data

Workspace data is used to provide the work you request, preserve project context, operate connected services, secure accounts, and meet legal obligations. Gwen does not expose one workspace's private data to another workspace. Connected accounts can be removed and workspace data can be deleted through account controls or by contacting privacy@gwen.one.

Gwen

Data deletion

Remove a connected account from Connections to revoke Gwen's access to it. To delete workspace or account data, use workspace account controls or email privacy@gwen.one from the account owner address. Include the workspace name and the data you want removed. Gwen will verify ownership before completing the request.
