1. Sign in
Use Google, Apple, an email sign-in link, or password in the inline onboarding panel. Gwen continues setup in the same chat.
2. Choose channels
Pick where Gwen should keep you posted: web, email, text, WhatsApp, or Telegram when those channels are connected.
3. Set preferences
Gwen learns what you want help with, how much approval you want, and which workflows should be proactive.
4. Pick the first workflow
Email triage, calendar prep, daily research, follow-ups, coding, outreach, or another mission based on what you asked for.
